1. Delivery Timings:
The delivery could take 5-10 days. Delivery timings promised cannot be guaranteed in case of special circumstances like extreme weather conditions, riots, unfounded recipients etc and the order might be considered delivered for such cases and no refund will be made.
All the discounts are decided by -www.asist.in(Ardour Group)team and none of the discount and offers can be clubbed together.
3. Address Change:
Any changes to the recipient address would be entertained free of cost if they are requested before actual dispatch. Changes after that will not be entertained and order would not be cancelled. -www.asist.in(Ardour Group)holds no responsibility of order delivery in case faulty address is provided by the customer. The Faulty address could be wrong phone number or wrong address details. No Money shall be refunded as well in such cases.
4. Order Change:
Any changes to the order would be entertained with monetary adjustments if requested before actual dispatch of shipment. Changes after that will not be entertained and order would not be cancelled.
5. Delivery Product:
The delivery products would be similar to the ones shown on the site but can’t be guaranteed to be exact replicas of the products shown on the site.
6. Damaged deliveries:
We will cater to any reports of damaged products within 15 days of delivery. The problem report must be supported with substantial proofs of the damage made to the product.
7. Rules for delivery:
Delivery will be made as per the delivery instructions. E.g. if delivery instructions state that the product must be delivered to the recipient only it will not be given to anyone else and shall be considered delivered if recipient is not available.
8. Rules for Duplicate Orders:
If -www.asist.in (Ardour Group) finds that the same order has been made twice we will try to contact the customer and get that clarified. If the customer is not contactable we will take the decision on our behalf and that will be final.
9. Dealing with Fraudulent Customers:
If we find out any fraudulent behaviour from any client in terms of wrong address, unethical message, odd delivery timings or any other reason, we hold the power to reject that order or ban that customer without being answerable to anyone.
10. Rules for unfounded recipient:
In case the final customer is not available for receiving the placed order and we have strict instructions to deliver only to the intended customer the order shall be considered delivered and no refund will be made. Please refer Cancellation and refund policy for further details.
11. We hold the right to extend our services to any individual, organization, group or business unit. We may refuse to serve any individual, organization, group or business unit solely on our own will and we will not be answerable to anyone.
12. -www.asist.in (Ardour Group) may amend its Terms & Conditions from time to time. If any substantial change in the way of usage of personal information is made, it will be notified by email or an announcement on the website.
13. Cash on Delivery (COD) :
a) www.asist.in (Ardour Group) also provides "Cash on Delivery" mode of payment for which the COD option should be chosen in the CHECKOUT form.
b) No extra charges are levied against COD payment, but in case of return of goods Rs 150 shall be charged.
c) All COD orders shall be subjected to email and telephonic verification before confirmation of order.
d) No demo or installation of the product shall be provided by the delivery agent.
e) No on-spot returns of opened items will be entertained.
